OWM’s founder Russell has nearly 30yrs of experience in the water management sector, over a decade of which has been as our technical authority. Russell has been working to raise the profile and importance afforded drinking water in the Oil & Gas and Marine industry. He has established a reputation as a driver of improvements in the care and attention given to drinking water across the sector. Alongside his team, Russell will continue to build the widening portfolio of services and solutions we serve to the market.
Neill joined OWM in May 2015 bringing his enthusiasm for business and processes to the team. His background is in banking, then financial control in shipbuilding and marine supply. This diverse range of experience is invaluable to OWM as we continue grow and improve our offering to an expanding client base locally and internationally. Neill is committed to ensuring that OWM continue maximise its impact in the industry and serve to the best of our ability.
Paul is uniquely placed in the industry; he holds specialist hands-on knowledge of offshore drinking water systems onboard rigs, platforms, FPSOs and PSVs. Paul has been at OWM since 2012, during which time we have remediated, replaced and optimised multiple systems. The engineering team brings best practice from onshore and implements this for our clients, globally. Paul has knowledge of a whole market on which to draw technological applications and he has created partnerships with key suppliers.
Innes is the “air traffic controller” of OWMs day-to-day operations. We have sampling taking place in multiple sites daily all over the world, logistical coordination and data management is critical. Innes applies his practical knowledge gained from many years of attending sites to keep the wheels turning on the operations and is often consulting clients daily on their results and what actions need to be taken. Innes joined OWM in 2012 and is another highly experienced team member.
Chris joined the team in 2011, his studies in environmental and marine chemistry as well working in large-scale laboratories has positioned him perfectly to support our clients. He has experience in working offshore and abroad, applying this knowledge to the unique complexities of the environments in which our clients operate. This exclusive on-the-ground experience of operational realities is one of the reasons OWM are trusted by so many as the primary solution supplier for drinking water issues.
Ruth joined the team in early 2016 and is an experienced Assistant Accountant. Her eye for detail ensures that we are always running smoothly. During her time with us Ruth has implemented many improvements to our procedures and processes.
